"Full Bloom" - Holistic Yoga Retreat in Italy

Freddi & Marlene from Yoga on the Move are inviting you to our first retreat in Italy nestled in the gorgeous countryside of In Sabina just an hour from Rome.

The program is carefully curated to create a holistic wellbeing experience for you. "Full Bloom" is a multi-sensory journey connecting yoga with mindfulness, community, creativity and the art of joyful living.

In the middle of the lush nature of Italy we will spend a healing week connecting fully to the blooming summer season, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying refreshing wild river swims and soothing hikes in the surrounding hill lands. Together we will embark on a journey to a peaceful mind, deep self love and soulful connections.

You can expect daily selected practices in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga to create space in your body, ceremonial circles to open your heart, and guided meditations to free your mind.  An Italian chef will take care of our nourishment with vegetarian buffet meals for brunch and dinner as well as a light snack in the early morning and afternoon (vegan or gluten free options are available).

About the In Sabina Yoga Centre

In the heart of the Sabine hills amidst olive groves and a rolling landscape, lies a peaceful haven.

With lush, abundant grounds of its own, along with a natural spring and a magnificent wooden yoga platform which overlooks the valley below, this is a truly magical place that’s ideal for spiritual practices, slowing down, and plunging oneself into nature. This place feels so undisturbed, like from a dream or a much-loved book and it doesn’t seem possible that In Sabina is less than an hour’s drive from the crowded streets of Rome. The holistic retreat center offers everything the heart desires, from abundant ground, with a natural spring, to lushious gardens, a pond and large swimming pool. There is a choice of accommodation from private rooms with ensuite bathroom to shared rooms and bell (glamping) tents with warm outdoor showers.

About the team

The retreat is led and guided by Freddi & Marlene from Yoga on the Move. The two will guide you step by step into the practices independently of your level of experience.

Freddi is a certified Yoga Teacher and naturopath. She is teaching in several studios in Berlin. It is her passion to share her knowledge from alternative medicine and combine it with the teachings of yoga in a holistic approach to share it with others.

Marlene is a 800hrs+ certified Yoga Teacher, co-founder of Yoga on the Move and Nike trainer. She is fascinated by the healing power of yoga on a physical, mental and emotional level. Through her classes she wants to inspire to let go of the everyday worries and invite to dive into deeper layers of consciousness. She teaches Vinyasa, meditation and yin yoga.

About the transport

Transportation is not included in the retreat price.

There is a night train from Berlin to Rome (which the teacher team will take).

Or you take a plane to the airports Rome Fiumicino & Ciampino.

Arrival & Departure: group pick ups & drop offs will be organized for Saturdays from/to airports Rome Fiumicino & Ciampino and from/to Termini Train Station
