"My Yoga journey like many began as another form of fitness discovered at my gym, I knew it was special because no other form of movement made me feel balanced when I finished. Yoga became a more stable practice in my life, after breaking my ankle. I used Yoga as a form of self rehabilitation at home, helping me to build strength in my ankle. From there my practice grew and I began to discover breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. As cliche as it sounds, I have always wanted my direction in life (Dharma), to be giving back to people, to be fair in whatever I do. This first appeared to me when I completed my massage therapy training in 2014.
After moving to Berlin in 2017, I worked in demanding environments. Practicing yoga was my support, an escape, it gave me tools to get on with my daily life. I wanted to deepen my learning and knew a teacher training course was the next step. I want the opportunity to give to people what Yoga has done me for me. In 2019 I completed my Hatha- Vinyasa 200h Yoga teacher training.
In my classes, I want to take you on a journey of foundation - flow -restore, where together we will move our whole body through the Vinyasa practice, with challenging yet nurturing elements to bring harmony to your body and mind.
