Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Mother & nutritionist

Yoga helps me to re-connect with myself and live my life more in the present moment, a quality that I learned to value even more since becoming a mother. 

I used to exercise trough high intensity training, however since a couple of years dynamic vinyasa flow serves me more as it is a way to strengthen not only my body but also my mind. My classes combine dynamic parts as well as Pranayama and Meditation, to nourish your soul.

Besides being a yoga teacher my heart also beats for "Einfachzuckerlos": I consult women with gestational diabetes mentally and nutrition wise. 

Pregnancy yoga showed me how to pause, to feel my baby very consciously and to appreciate my changing body as well as prepare for the birth and my new everyday life mentally. I am looking forward to pass this on to you.
