"I first discovered yoga back in 2009, as part of the curriculum at dance college. I would always look forward to the way the practice gave me an opportunity for stillness and peace in what was quite a demanding career path that I had chosen. For the next 7 years I embarked on a deep spiritual journey with Yoga, learning ancient teachings from so many incredible masters all over the world. I promised myself I would know exactly when the time was right to start sharing Yoga with others. The time came in 2017 when I completed 200hrs with Power Living Australia, and in 2018 with a further 50 hrs with Melanie McLaughlin/The Yin Space.

 

I am committed to ongoing learning, sharing, healing and inspiring through Yoga. My classes focus on breath, meditation, creative sequencing and alignment, supported by music, mantra and philosophy. I invite you to tune into the power within you and all around you, cultivating a deep self awareness and intuition."
