“It’s hard to tell wether I found yoga, or I was found by yoga in the right moment. Regardless, it was a lucky coincidence. What I can say with certainty is that I started practicing in early 2017, when my life felt like a mess and I needed a change – yoga gave me the confidence to see things in a different way. I discovered what it really means to breathe and how to cope with life mindfully. My daily yoga routine of physical practice and breathing techniques were just the beginning of a completely new lifestyle. To start the day with this routine or getting rid of tensions and thoughts in the evening helped me to focus on what is most important: being grateful for what is and may ever occur.
Inspired by Patanjalis Yogasutra philosophy I followed the path of a yogi and completed my multistyle yoga teacher training in Goa, India, at Diya School (200 hr TTC) in January 2020. In my Vinyasa yoga classes every movement is guided by the breath to dive into a deep-flow meditation, embraced by pranayama techniques to round up the session. Strong and challenging asanas take turns with relaxing counterpositions and strains. Motivation and Guidance are my key goals to support beginners and challenge advanced yogis and yoginis through their practice. I’m eager to share my experience and keep on learning through others.
