About the Event
The essence of Rooted in Connection is about discovering the rich, fertile soil within yourself in order to connect to others from an authentic place. In TCM, the Earth element relates to the Indian summer.
During this time of the year, we grow our roots down deep. Just like the mountain that lies in the center, anchored, secured, and tempered we remain grounded for the next season & transition to come. In our lives, the power of the Earth Element allows us to feel abundant and nurtured. Just as we call the Earth, Mother Earth, it is in fact a mothering energy that makes us feel full, safe, and complete within our own skin.
