What does yoga mean to you?
* To connect deeper to myself, to others and to the present moment. It’s a lifelong practice and lifestyle to live with kindness, compassion and empathy for myself and others.
What is the focus in your classes?
* In my classes, I focus on getting you out of your mind and into your body. It's all about having fun, moving dynamically and fluidly. We build strength, cultivate resilience, and connect to our senses, staying present through the breath.
What is your favourite Asana/yoga exercise?
* One of my favorites is headstand. It’s such a powerful pose: always shifts my perspective, challenges my balance and shows me how strong my mind can be.
What makes you happy?
* The sun and ocean, practicing yoga, delicious food, movement, surfing, sunrises and sunsets, the smell of coffee, being surrounded by people I love, laughters, being creative, going on adventures and travels and so much more,
