“Yoga is not a religion. It is a science, science of well-being, science of youthfulness, science of integrating body, mind and soul.”

 - Indra Devi

ABOUT THE TRAINING

Deepen your yoga journey through Hatha–Vinyasa Yoga, engaging with its traditional roots while exploring it through a contemporary and reflective lens. Build a strong foundation through in-depth study, self-inquiry, and embodied practice to evolve into a skilled and authentic yoga teacher. This training is Yoga Alliance® certified.

This teacher training is for you to tap deep into yourself, to get to know yourself on a new level and share your inner truth in an authentic, safe and knowledgeable way. Based on the traditional teachings of Asana, Pranayama, meditation and Vedic philosophy, we integrate contemporary anatomy and tools of modern psychology and mindfulness, to equip you with the tools necessary to become a skillful yoga teacher and practitioner. In this 200h training we focus on building a stable foundation in yoga basics, physically, mentally and spiritually. We establish the practice from the ground up, allowing you to let go layer by layer of old habits and re-connect to the body-mind-wisdom. Rooted in the belief that every being has a purpose and a meaningful message to share, this training encourages you to express your unique gifts authentically. We invite those who wish to become teachers as well as those who would like to take their own practice to the next physical, mental and spiritual level to join this journey of the 200h teacher training.

TESTIMONIALS

man

Hemant Kumar
Alumni of the 200h YTT 2026

After practicing yoga for around 4 years, I joined the training without any expectations of becoming a teacher. It was transformational, both at a physical and mental level. It helped me understand my own practice at a much deeper level, while also giving me the confidence to teach and hold a class.
I particularly liked the longer format, as it gave me enough time to digest the learnings and apply them. It also helped develop deeper bonds with others in the cohort.
Through the training, I discovered a passion for yoga philosophy, which connected me to the deeper "why" behind yoga. Overall, it was a great experience that has made me curious to go further down this path.

Anika Walter
Alumni of the 200h YTT 2025

It was a journey of deep self discovery and discovery of the teachings of yoga. It has truly changed my life and I have met a lot of amazing souls there. The teachers poured their heart and soul into guiding us on our journey, which is what made the training so special to me. I felt so seen and held on this 6 month journey and I definitely grew very stable roots, which have grounded me a lot in my teaching journey. In December 2025 I started teaching at The Yogis in Steglitz and am currently doing the 300h Apprenticeship with Lucie, which feels perfect for newer teachers seeking guidance.
