The act of sharing a sequence you created, not for the sake of impressing with creativity, but from the profound understanding of the human body, mind & energetics, is a sacred act of creation.

You are a yoga teacher and often find yourself questioning if what you are teaching is „still Yoga“? You feel blocked in your creativity or un-inspired to share? Or maybe you feel insecure about your sequences and how to transmit them to your students through cues and expressions?

Don’t worry you are not alone. We all go through these phases. This Immersion is to support you on your yoga journey and to guide you back to your inner knowing.

What you will learn

• Holistic & functional sequencing: Bring together your knowledge of Anatomy, the human psyche and the subtle body to create profound, holistic yoga sequences.

• Complex advanced sequencing structures: Become confident in teaching non-linear sequences, like Full & Half Mandala Flows.

• Advanced cuing: Refine your cues and cut the fluff so your sequence lands in your students expressions. No more confusion, start guiding with confidence & clarity.

• Challenge limiting believes: Understand what yoga truly is and what asana can look like. Unlock new possibilities of your teaching.

• Connect to your authentic voice & why as a teacher: Understand your underlying intention of teaching and let it bring authenticity to your classes.

The Training will take place at Prinzessinnen Studio in Berlin.

We will meet there on Saturday & Sunday from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

By the end of this training, you will walk away with:

The 25hours include 5 hours of self study, practical exercises and personalized feedback.

All students who complete the Training will receive a 25h YACEP by Yoga Alliance.

About Marlene

Since her childhood Marlene is drawn to the Vedic culture and its movement practices. Years of a devoted self-practice and studies of Hatha Yoga, Physiology, Ayurveda, Positive Psychology and Somatic Therapy inform her teachings today. Most and foremost Marlene views herself as a practitioner, who continues to learn and evolve every day.

The yoga practice to her is a conscious exploration of the inner landscape. With her classes she wishes to offer an entry point for her students to fall in love again with being alive in this body and to empower them to be their most radiant self.

Her powerful and creative Vinyasa sequences weave functional flows with the intelligence of the energy body, poetry and somatic expression into a joyful ride.
