8-weeks Chakra Yoga Immersion at Holzmarkt

The chakras build the basis of our physical and energetic form and influence our relationship with ourselves, our feelings and elementary needs.

Strengthening the chakras helps us to develop a stable, vibrant and strong personality. The firmer our "ground", the easier it is to reach the more subtle realms of being to experience the highest form of consciousness.

On November 1st we will start our journey through the seven chakras guided by Marlene and Leonie. Every Thursday, one of the seven chakras will be integrated into our 75min Vinyasa Flow to strengthen and balance it. In the eighth session we will recapture the journey and discuss how to integrate the learnings into our everyday life. The sessions take place at the beautiful ChiroHouse located at Holzmarkt with a panoramic view over Berlin and the Spree.

In each session, we will experience the power of the different elements associated with the particular chakra, activate or heal the related organs, raise our level of consciousness, and strengthen mind-body connection.

29.11. THROAT CHAKRA - expression, communication, creativity

06.12. THIRD EYE CHAKRA - knowledge of being, intuition

13.12. CROWN CHAKRA - highest consciousness, divine faith, unity

20.12. CHAKRA UNION - recap and union of all chakras

EARLY-BIRD: 75 EUR (until 22.10.)

Unfortunately it is not possible to book single classes of the eight-weeks course.

Mats are available on site.

The course language will be English.

No previous knowledge/experience necessary.
