About the Event
Laura und Marlene laden dich ein, auf eine Reise zurück zu dir Selbst, deinem Herzen und deiner wahren Essenz, um den Anfang des Jahres bewusst und verbunden einzuleiten.
Laura Israel besucht uns für dieses Event Special in Berlin und lädt dich zusammen mit Marlene von Yoga on the Move zu einem unvergesslichen Tag, gefüllt mit fließendem Anahata Yoga, einer herzöffnenden Kakao Zeremonie, Crystal Bowl Sounds, Pranayama und Meditation ein.
Wir verbinden die wohltuende Wirkung des Yogas mit herzöffnendem Kakao und heilenden Klängen der Kristallklangschalen und des Yin Yogas, um eine Verbindung mit unserem Herzen herzustellen und eine tiefere Verbundenheit zu uns selbst.
Wir beginnen die Reise zu uns selbst mit einer erdenden Meditation gefolgt von einem fließenden Anahata Yoga Flow.
Nach dem aktiven, Yang-Teil des Tages, stärken wir uns gemeinsam mit einem gesunden, veganen Lunch und gehen auf einen kleinen gemeinsamen Spaziergang.
