Increase your creativity and improve your body awareness with the Feel Free - Spring Awakening Journey.

It's finally time to shake off the winter lethargy and to welcome the spring and all the growing, transforming and creating energy.

In this online workshop Sarah and Uta invite you to connect to your holistic self, which includes body, mind and breath. To begin with we will shortly explain you about the benefits of moving, dancing and free movements. After introducing the theory of moving we will transform this knowledge into practice. We will guide you through a session of free movement, dancing, shaking, leading into a vinyasa flow sequence combined with vitalizing music. After this we lead you into a profound final relaxion to deepen the connection to yourself. We will take time to really FEEL our bodies, to feel and observe the transitions from one movement to the other. A quality that sometimes lacks in attention. Through this inner dance and awaking we invite you to finally shake off the winter heaviness and to fully invite the spring season. Time to show yourself, to get into action. 

To fully be there and to glow. Your time is NOW. This workshop is designed for those who like to move to upbeat music and experience a dynamic powerful flow exploring and enriching the quality of movement in a simple way.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Sarah and Uta both have a background in Contemporary Dance. In her careers as dancers,

they experienced how important it is to feel and respect the signals of the body. Instead of

separating the different parts, rather to understand the physical system as a whole. To not

insolate thoughts, breath, mind and body from one another. Once you accepted and found

this connection, it will always be there to serve you. No matter what surrounds you, you

always have the option to come back to your inner source of power and strength.

ABOUT UTA EISMANN

Uta is a dancer, mover, yoga teacher and culture scientist. During her dance studies and career as a professional dancer she experienced a deeper understanding of Yoga, mindfulness and free movement.  She understood and respected the connection of body, mind and spirit and that there is never one without the other, that everything is connected. Always. Uta is very glad to have found a practice to nourish herself and to create inner peace. For her it s very fascinating to observe that body and mind are different and with new sensations each day. And she is very happy to share this enthusiasm with you.

ABOUT SARAH JEGELKA

Sarah is a dancer, yoga teacher, sport scientist, and intuitive healer in the field of energy medicine and human consciousness. As a dancer Sarah has always been fascinated by the notion of touching the unconscious inherent in movement experiencing the body as a reflection and image of time. In her movement classes Sarah guides you through the practice with softness and calm. You will find the space and time to discover the voice of your own body.
