About the Event

Let your breath take you deep inside yourself. Balancing your body, mind and spirit.

The breath is so close to us but can sometimes be so far away. Get back in touch with your breath and dive deep into your sub consciousness in a safe, protected setting. 

This session includes a guided, very dynamic breathing meditation with moving music and integration. 

With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, we will use accelerated breathing to increase your awareness of the self. This breathwork allows you to access parts of your sub consciousness that can't be reached under normal conditions. This state can activate the natural inner healing process, offering the seeker a unique set of internal experiences for the particular time and space. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike.

When was the last time you consciously inhaled and exhaled?

Your breath is an expression of your current phase of life and reflects it.

Are you ready to feel the power of your breath?

This breath technique has the potential to bring about intense feelings. Talk to your doctor before practicing this type of breathing if you have, or have a history of cardiovascular disease, angina, heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis or recent surgeries.


Mitu works as a healing artist, supports and guides people to find out more about themselves.

By touching and moving the body, through conscious breathing and conversations, he guides you step by step on the path to the body's own self-healing.

For this he uses various tools such as breathwork, bodywork, energywork and communication through coaching.

He personally accompanies individual sessions, group sessions (couples), workshops and offer special formats for men in which he pursues questions such as:

What does manhood actually mean?

What does sustainable masculinity mean to me?

In addition to his work with all genders and people of all ethnic origins, he also offers an individual safer spaces for BIPOC’s (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and for men.
