Indoor Women Yoga Circle

Dear sisters & yoginis,

Nora is inviting you to her second outdoor women circle! 

This time we will discover the female Siddhis together to find our inner Yoga. 

The Female Siddhis are identified as biological functions of the human body that are exclusively female. A crucial feature of all these functions is that they are hormonally driven, and thus powerfully under the influence of a woman’s emotional life, her familial, cultural and social milieu, her environment, nutrition, general health, occupation and the nature of her spiritual awareness. This means that conscious experience of the female siddhis can be suppressed, overlooked, refused or otherwise altered for many reasons and by many factors. With this ceremony we take time to become aware of our feminine uniqueness, reflect on the Female Siddhis and celebrate the beauty of real sisterhood.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Nora is a Berlin based Yoga teacher, singer and psychologist. After her 500hrs training with Akasha Yoga in Ubud she dove deep into the teachings of womb yoga, cycle awareness and the power of shakti. She beliefs that the gathering of women is a revolutionary powerhouse that facilitates healing from society’s pressure on our bodies and minds.

The event is taking place indoor at Institute der Yogapsychologie.
