A Day of Lightness, Play & Connection
This retreat invites children and parents to step together into a world where imagination, movement, and connection come alive. Through playful yoga, creative expression, and gentle moments of stillness, everyone can simply be — curious, open, and free.
As body and breath flow together, the mind softens. Children and grown-ups meet heart to heart, sharing laughter, movement, and little sparks of creativity. Between play and rest, a warm sense of community unfolds — nourishing and bringing everyone closer.
