Nature Retreat - Yoga in a Nomadic Yurt

Sarah & Alex are taking you on an inspiring journey back to your heart. Leave the busy city behind and dive into the pure calmness of nature and your natural state of being.

One whole day just for you.

Dive into a nourishing experience for all your senses.

We will start by gathering together inside a cuddly yurt in front of a fireplace to meditate and consciously arrive in nature. Surrounded by the calmness of the forest the ceremonial cacao will support us to open our hearts towards ourselves, the community and nature surrounding us. 

Followed by a heating Vinyasa yoga practice guided by Alex to let go of blockages, layer by layer, and awaken your inner fire. The deepened awareness of movement and breath will ground you into your physical body, guide you back home to yourself and into the beauty of the present moment.

We will end the day with a soothing Yin Yoga practice guided by Sarah to dive even deeper into the internal waters and connect fully to our hearts and set meaningful intentions for the the year ahead with a fire ritual.

After this day in nature you we will feel fully-recharged and deeply connected, not only to yourself but also to others and nature all around you .
