Join us for 8 weeks, making a regular Yoga and meditation practice part of your routine and supporting yourself in the most effective way to start this new year. 

This 8-week journey is combining the Yin and the Yang to one holistic experience guiding you step by step to your full potential.

Based on the ancient teachings of yoga and modern science we created an eight week journey for you to guide you not only to a deeper understanding of the functioning of your body and mind but more importantly to provide you with the experience of a regular balanced yoga practice.

With the beginning of a new year we usually rush into new goals and lists of things we want to achieve. This collective dynamic creates tension and stress not only in your mind but also in your body.

Our teaching team invites you to counteract this dynamic with an 8-week journey to support you in the start of the new year in the most transformative way.

Every week we will start with a recorded meditation, setting intentions and introducing the specifc topic of each week.

Every Thursday evening we will meet live and online for a collective Yin Yoga practice tapping into the wisdom that lays in stillness and every Saturday morning we will meet live and online for a collective Vinyasa practice to bring continous flow into our life.

All classes will be recorded and available for you to also practice or repeat later.

Additionally we will share a theoretical background information and practical integration tipps for your everyday life with you in a collective group chat or if you prefer via email.

This course will guide you through the fundamentals of Vinyasa and yin yoga and week by week we will dive into the more subtle layers of the self. With the focus on deepening the awareness of your own body and mind through the practice of Yoga, we keep our consciousness in the present moment bringing ease into the more subtle layers of our body as well as our life. We will build up this course over the 8 weeks so you can establish more mindfulness and continuous connection in your practice.

On January 14th, we will start our yoga journey into an enriched 2021. The sessions will take place online, streamed live in high quality from our Yoga Shala in Berlin-Schöneberg.

Together we will bring more balance into our lives - turning 2021 into a positive, fulfilling year.

2 Weekly Yoga practices (14.01.-06.03.2021):

Yin Yoga with Freddi & Marlene every Thursday 20.00pm-21.15pm

Vinyasa Yoga with Toni & Valery every Saturday 11.00am-12.15pm

*Recordings of all live classes will be accessible for you for the duration of the course

Weekly Meditation (audio sequence) sent to you every Monday (18.01.-01.03.2021)

Course content:

*Weekly 20min Meditations to start your week with intention

*Weekly Live Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Classes (16x 75 min)

*Recordings of all meditations & classes for you to rewatch or repractice

*Theoretical background on Yin Yoga and the 12 main meridian lines, as well as theories of Vinyasa Yoga and the 7 main chakras

*Pranayama & Meditation

*Virtual connection through a Chat group

*Weekly inspiration via direct messages to keep you in the flow beyond your yoga mat

WEEK 2 - PROCESSING & VITALIZING - flow of life, joy

WEEK 3 - NURTURING & EMPOWERING - will power, self-esteem

WEEK 4 - CLEANSING & MAKING SPACE - (self-) love, empathy

WEEK 5 - GROWING & EXPRESSING - communication, creativity

WEEK 6 - LETTING GO & SENSITIZING - inner wisdom, sensibility

WEEK 7 - TRUSTING - knowledge of being, intuition

WEEK 8 - RELEASING - cultivating sukha (ease), lightness in practice and daily life

It is not possible to book single classes of the eight-weeks course.

The course will be taught in English.

No previous knowledge/experience necessary.

Everyone is welcome!

We will start this course meeting online only due to the current restriction. If official regulations change during our 8 weeks together and we are allowed to practice in a room, you will be invited to join us in the studio or stay practicing online from home with us.
