As the year comes to an end we enter a void. With every transition in life we have an altitude of possibilities unfolding, if we just pause and listen. This day retreat will be an offering and sharing of the practices that help us to cultivate abundance in mind and spirit and manifest from a place of fullness instead of lack.

We will use this special space to reclaim our inner voices, our bodies and our radiant presence through the art of yoga, the ritual of ceremony, creative expression and intuitive practices to guide our way back to the heart, to celebrate ourselves and the power of sisterhood. Some of the oldest teachings of yoga point to the human body as a reflection of the cosmos. Let’s reconnect to our feminine cycle by calling upon Devī Lakshmī and our own inner goddess. Let’s unite and and awaken our Shakti energy!

ABOUT YOUR GUIDES

As a 900-hour certified yoga teacher and Psychedelic Breath® facilitator, Carla integrates the essences of yoga asana, kundalini kriya, breathwork, traditional tantra, embodiment, and shamanism in a holistic approach. Drawing on her intuition and extensive experience, she loves to create ritual spaces infused with blue lotus, ceremonial cacao, and rose. Since childhood, Carla has been attuned to the mysteries of nature, exploring alternative healing modalities and leading workshops, retreats, and mentorship programs globally.

Marlene is a Berlin-based 900-hour certified yoga teacher and mentor. She is the co-founder of Yoga on the Move and share her love to yoga for over 8 year. Marlene is fascinated by the healing power of yoga on a physical, mental and emotional level. Through her classes she wants to inspire to let go of the everyday worries and invite to dive into deeper layers of consciousness. She teaches Vinyasa, meditation and yin yoga in which she incorporates the ancient teachings of TCM & Ayurveda.
