Sacred New Years Transition

Sarah & Lisa are guiding you through an evening of ceremonial celebrations to enter the new year with an open heart, fully activated life force and clear intentions.

An evening in community to create a powerful, shared energy field that uplifts us and lets us rise together. We will start the journey with a heart-opening cacao ceremony that strengthens our intentions for the new year and helps us leave behind what is no longer serving us. Through the power of ritual, journaling and intention setting we connect to our essence and gain clarity about the visions we want to bring to life in 2023.

After sitting in ceremony, we immerse ourselves in Kirtan, a practice of Bhakti Yoga, the path of love & devotion. The repetitive singing of mantras acts like a "mind-cleanser" that takes away all limitations that hold us back from shining our light fully. It activates our voice and connects us to our hearts – and it gives us a feeling of bliss that can't be expressed through words but can only be felt.

This will be followed by a guided dance journey & a life DJane Set played by Katzi Schamens to fully activate our shakti, life force. Dance can be an incredibly liberating and healing experience. It anchors us deeper in our physical bodies, releases stagnant energy and reminds us of the infinite joy we all carry within.
