SANSKRIT | MANTRA | SOUND

Sanskrit is often considered the language of the cosmos, with the belief that its phonetics and vibrations have a direct connection with the universe and the divine energy that permeates it.

This well-rounded 25hrs immersion will give you a general understanding of the history of Sanskrit and provide you with the fundamental knowledge of the Sanskrit alphabet (Vowel & consonants), Sandhi Viched, Numbers and its logic for Asana names etc. You will receive the tools to practice the recitation and breakdown of select sūtras and ślokas.

Further we will practice chanting and vocalizing Mantras to free our voices.

*No prior experience or language training is required.
