About the Event
To all handstand lovers or soon to be,
we are very excited to host our first handstand workshop together with Sebastiaan aka the handstand god.
Invite your friend, partner or flat mate and turn your world up-side down together at Tempelhofer Feld.
As we are in the green, you will only fall softly or grab your partner as a wall (the real friendship or relationship proof).
Starting with a warm-up vinyasa flow, you prepare your body with strength and flexibility. Learn how to build up a handstand from the base up to your feet. Together you explore being up-side down and how to incorporate it into your yoga practice. You are ending this workshop with a nice savasana and some new tools in your pocket to master your handstand.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
