About the Event
Activating the senses • Planting seeds of intention
Subtle aromas, slow movement, and deep rest—an invitation to awaken, soften, and invite the spirit of spring into your system.
Faye from Senlë will guide you through a hands-on herbal workshop, introducing fresh seasonal herbs and inviting you to explore their natural aromas. You’ll create a few herbal pouches, capturing the scents you love as gentle reminders that spring is on its way.
Afterwards, Kira will lead a Spring Awakening Flow—a slow, mindful yoga practice that encourages the body to stretch and soften as it emerges from winters hibernation cocoon. The session end with a Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that allows you to drift into a dreamlike state, planting seeds of intention for the season ahead honoring the rest needed as you transform.
This workshop is a chance to pause, feel, and move with the subtle rhythms of spring awakening, an afternoon to awaken and restore at the same time.
