About the Event
Heart Opening | Renewal | Connection
We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao – a gentle yet powerful plant ally that opens the heart and invites us to meet ourselves with presence and compassion. As the cacao guides us inward, we’ll move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a practice that clears energetic blockages and supports emotional release through the body’s natural wisdom.
We’ll close our journey with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, offering your nervous system a space to rest, recalibrate, and settle into balance.
