Join us for an afternoon designed to awaken your senses and invite the spirit of spring into your system.
Faye from Senlë will guide you through a hands-on herbal workshop, introducing fresh seasonal herbs and inviting you to explore their natural aromas. You’ll create a few herbal pouches, capturing the scents you love as gentle reminders that spring is on its way.
Afterwards, Kira will lead a Spring Awakening Flow—a slow, mindful yoga practice that encourages the body to stretch and soften as it emerges from winters hibernation cocoon. The session end with a Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that allows you to drift into a dreamlike state, planting seeds of intention for the season ahead honoring the rest needed as you transform.
