Winter Solstice – the darkest day of the year marks the beginning of a new cycle. A time to go inward, reflect, and explore what wants to be brought into the light.

As the sun starts to return, more light is finding its way into the darkness.

Join us for an evening of warming cacao, a hypnotic journey, and an intention-setting ritual. Accompanied by the dreamy sound of crystal bowls and opening your voice singing mantra.

Ceremonial Cacao is the medicine of the heart. 

It supports us in opening our heart space and activating our inner trust and guidance.

The Cacao will allow us to move deeper into a meditative state where we will connect with our subconscious spaces that want to be explored and brought into the light.

After opening our hearts through the Cacao, we will open our voices singing mantra to express ourselves and to let go of anything holding us back.

Closing the year with intention, and planting the seeds for a new cycle.

ABOUT JIL

Jil is a Hypnosis Coach, ceremonialist, and breathwork facilitator. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings. The core of her offerings are ceremonial cacao and the work with women specifically to foster the connection to nature and their own natural cycles.

ABOUT UTA

Uta is a dancer and yoga teacher with the focus on dynamic vinyasa & ashtanga yoga and intuitive movements. Uta shares her holistic understanding of yoga and mindfulness in a playful and creative way and can't wait to share her knowledge with you.
