About the Event
Join Marie & Mina for a transformative day retreat dedicated to honoring the cyclical wisdom of the feminine. Through movement, shared knowledge, and ritual, we will explore how the seasons of our cycle mirror nature’s rhythms—deepening our connection to ourselves and the collective.
This retreat is for all female bodies—whether you experience a cycle or not, are pre-, peri-, or postmenopausal, on or off hormonal contraception. It is a space to embrace, celebrate, and reconnect with your unique expression of femininity.
