Xmas Yoga - Together for Women in Need

Citizen2Be and Yoga on the Move invite you to a special Xmas Yoga event dedicated to give back & help those in need. 

Christmas - the season of love, cookies and hot punch - is coming closer. But first and foremost it is a time to give. We would like to take it as an opportunity to raise the awareness of those that are less privileged. 

With this Yoga Chartiy event we want to support Citizen2Be on their mission to shape a integrative society through yoga by supporting traumatized women. With their free yoga classes to indigent women they support them to heal on a physical level, feel valued and integrated in society, give them the opportunity to connect to other women and to become role models for their peers.

Programm: 

12.30 Arriving & Introduction to Citizen2be

13.00 Welcome Meditation by Bettina Schuler (Founder of Citizen2be)

13.30 Yang-to-Yin Yoga with Marlene (Co-Founder of Yoga on the Move)

14.45 Get-together with juice shots, yogic cookies & tea

15.30 Farewell

The class is taking place at the beautiful loft of Yoga at Lobe Block

Tickets: 

Early-Bird: only 15 EUR (until Dec 1st)

Late-Bird: 20 EUR 

All earnings are donated to Citizen2be and directly benefit women in need.
