An autumn retreat just outside Berlin created to help you reconnect with your inner rhythm

15. - 18. October 2026

Check-in Thursday 3.00 pm

Check-out Sunday 12.00 pm

LET YOUR INNER FLAME SETTLE & SHINE

After the outward energy of summer - constant movement, noise, and stimulation - autumn naturally draws things inward and invites a different pace.

In that shift, it becomes easier to reconnect with your inner flame: not an intense fire to chase, but a steady inner warmth that often gets lost in the rhythm of everyday life.

This retreat is a space to soften into that slower pace.

Over four days, Leonie & Kim guide you through yoga, breath, sound, and subtle inner practices designed to regulate the nervous system, release mental overload, and reconnect you with the presence of your inner flame.

DAILY RHYTM

Mornings begin with meditative energy work and a dynamic Vinyasa practice, followed by an unhurried brunch and space to journal, reflect, or simply rest.

Midday is open for forest walks, reading, naps, or quiet connection with others.

Evenings bring grounding practices like Yin, sound, guided reflection, and intuitive processing, followed by shared dinners and calm nights in the countryside.

INNER RHYTM

This retreat follows the natural shift into autumn - we work with practices that support regulation, grounding, and a more steady inner state by helping the system move out of overstimulation and back into balance.

These include subtle body awareness, breathwork, somatic movement, restorative yoga, sound immersion, and reflective inner practices.

THIS RETREAT IS FOR

- strengthening a sense of grounding and inner stability
- softening physical and mental tension

ABOUT OUR RETREAT HOME

Located just outside Berlin, Haven im Havelland is a peaceful countryside sanctuary surrounded by forests, fields, lakes, and wide open skies. Minimalist yet cozy, it’s a place designed for deep exhales - a quiet refuge where the body can soften and the mind can settle.  At its heart lies a restored dance hall from the 1920s, offering a light-filled space for yoga, meditation, and sound journeys. The garden sauna, nestled in the former boathouse, invites you to slow down even more, with its snug reading nook and garden-facing terrace — an ideal place to unwind between practices. With fireplaces, spacious communal areas, and a gentle sense of ease woven throughout, Haven truly feels like a place where the nervous system can breathe again — making it ideal for the theme of this retreat.
