A spring retreat for renewal and embodied growth in the tranquil landscapes just outside Berlin
09. - 12. April 2026
Check-in Thursday 2.00 pm
Check-out Sunday 12.00 pm
Slow down. Root in. Grow from within.
Do you sometimes feel like life moves so fast that you barely notice where you’re heading?
Spring can be a beautiful invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with your inner direction.
Join Mina & Marlene for four days of slowing down and creating space to feel, as we transition gently from winter into the lightness of spring. Together, we will explore the quiet places within — your inner landscape — and reconnect to the clarity, intuition, and energy that naturally arise when you give yourself time to breathe.
This retreat is designed to support you in cultivating inner nourishment and emotional spaciousness so that you can move into the season with clarity, alignment, and embodied confidence.

A holistic journey inspired by nature
Across the four days, we will weave together practices from
somatic yoga, vinyasa, Iyengar-inspired alignment, breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, nervous system regulation, and creative expression.
Each session is crafted to help you:
-
Root into the intelligence of your body
-
Listen to the wisdom of your heart
-
Clear internal space for new intentions
-
Plant seeds for the year ahead
-
Return home feeling nourished, grounded & inspired
Your inner garden can be calm, wild, fertile, vibrant — uniquely yours. We invite you to tend to it with presence, compassion, and curiosity.
What to Expect
Daily practices in yoga and meditation to arrive within yourself, ceremonial circles to open your heart, and breathwork, hypnosis, and sound baths to release and restore.

About our retreat home
Located just outside Berlin, Haven im Havelland is a peaceful countryside sanctuary surrounded by forests, fields, lakes, and wide open skies. Minimalist yet cozy, it’s a place designed for deep exhales — a quiet refuge where the body can soften and the mind can settle.
At its heart lies a restored dance hall from the 1920s, offering a light-filled space for yoga, meditation, and sound journeys.
The garden sauna, nestled in the former boathouse, invites you to slow down even more, with its snug reading nook and garden-facing terrace — an ideal place to unwind between practices.
With fireplaces, spacious communal areas, and a gentle sense of ease woven throughout, Haven truly feels like a place where the nervous system can breathe again — making it ideal for the theme of this retreat.

About the transport
Haven is about 1.5 hours by car from Berlin city center and around 3.5 hours from Hamburg.
If you’re traveling by train, you can take the RE1 from Berlin to Wusterwitz. From there, we can arrange a group taxi for you (costs split by the group).
We’ll add all participants to a WhatsApp group so you can coordinate shared rides and taxi.
