In the middle of the lush nature of Italy we will spend a healing week connecting fully to the blooming summer season, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying refreshing wild river swims and soothing hikes in the surrounding hill lands.
Together we will embark on a journey to a peaceful mind, deep self love and soulful connections.
Yoga. Meditation. Breathwork. Ceremonial Circles. Mindfulness. Healthy Food. Nature. Community.

About the team
The retreat is led and guided by Leonie & Uta from Yoga on the Move. The two will guide you step by step into the practices independently of your level of experience.
Leonie is a 500hrs+ Yoga Alliance certified Teacher and co-founder of Yoga on the Move with a deep devotion for the ancient yogic traditions that she studied in India, Nepal, Bali and Berlin. Her classes involve dynamic movement with a focus on breathing, and meditation. She creates a space to arrive in the present moment and invite a state of lightness and ease. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Sequencing and Teaching Methodology. As a mom of twins, yoga is her tool to remain balanced throughout the challenges of everyday life.
Uta is a certified yoga teacher, specializing in Vinyasa & Jivamukti Yoga. With her background in contemporary dance, she is sharing more than 25 years of physical practice.
Her classes are flowy, physical, sometimes challenging – but at the same time soft and calming. For Uta it ́s very important that her students practice Asana in a sustainable way and that everyone accepts their physical boundaries.
Uta & Leonie are so happy to guide you on this journey.
This was my first retreat and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.
I LOVED the location, it was perfect: lots of places to chill, both on your own and in a group. I really enjoyed the schedule; the mornings were very structured which I really loved. It enabled me to really reconnect to myself and to connect with the experience. Remaining silent and taking the time for a looong practice was perfect. I loved the ratio between free time and scheduled activities. I loved the balance between Freddi and Marlene's teachings. Both different but very complementary, creating a very complete experience.
