"Everything you need is already inside of you"

We all have moments when we feel like we are lacking something. Maybe we’re searching for a sense of security, or for courage to take a big leap. Whatever it is, it’s easy to think that our success is dependent on something outside of us. Yet the truth is, everything we need is already within us. We're already inherent in safety, strength, and courage. We simply need to learn how to access these qualities.

The best way to start is by looking inwards. This retreat will offer you a guided path to look deeper and to shine the light inside out into the world.

Yoga is a practice of self-inquiry, to distinguish between truth and illusion. We will practice yoga Asana (yoga postures), meditation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy and chanting to explore the self. By knowing who we are, we can move with confidence and compassion to let go of maya (illusion),  all that we are not and to live with joy, ease and kindness.

This retreat program is aligned with the 8 limbs of yoga, a system of ethical, physical, mental, and spiritual practices that build the foundation of yoga. Together, they form a holistic approach to yoga and provide a framework for self-discovery, growth, and transformation.Through the practice of the 8 limbs, we can return to our inner nature - which is harmony and peace.

No matter if you are new to yoga or already a long time practitioner - this retreat will give you a great chance to dive into all aspects of yoga and bring this knowledge into your everyday life.

About the team

The retreat is led and guided by Leonie & Natalie from Yoga on the Move. The two will guide you step by step into the practices independently of your level of experience.

Leonie is a 500hrs+ Yoga Alliance certified Teacher and co-founder of Yoga on the Move with a deep devotion for the ancient yogic traditions that she studied in India, Nepal, Bali and Berlin. Her classes involve dynamic movement with a focus on breathing, and meditation. She creates a space to arrive in the present moment and invite a state of lightness and ease. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga as well as Yogic Techniques and Teaching Methodology. As a mom of twins, yoga is her tool to remain balanced throughout the challenges of everyday life.

Natalie is a 800hrs+ Yoga Alliance certified Teacher and founder of Nane Yoga. Since her childhood she has been using her body and movement as a tool to understand and balance life in and around her. She has a strong interest in yogic philosophy and chanting, both of which she incorporates into her classes. Natalie is a dedicated teacher but also a curious student and perceives yoga as a way of living. Her classes are vigorous and grounding with a distinct focus on breathing. Her aspiration is to create a welcoming and healing environment for all. Natalie also offers Shiatsu Massages.

Natalie & Leonie are more than happy to welcome you!
