About the Event
Conscious connected breathwork is one of the most insightful self-healing tools a person can experience.

Bringing awareness to the breath and merging it to create a constant stream of energy, forges a marriage within the body, where the conscious and unconscious mind meet.
Creating a safe space within the body for emotional pain and triggers to be accepted and integrated is inherent to any recovery and renewal process. The circular breathing technique allows for a recalibration of the physical body and brain in which patterns and symptoms caused by old emotions and trauma can be set free.
The way we breathe is the way we live, therefore breathwork is the ultimate embodied practice where we get to feel, play, express, release and materialise our unseen parts and our hearts' desires.

Everyone experiences the breath differently and each session varies to the next. During a session we will start by setting intentions, and follow with an activation, experiential phase, relaxation, and close with an integration and sharing circle.
What to bring:
- Feel free to bring extra cushions or blankets, and any support that may help you to be as comfortable as possible in order to be lying down for the session.
- Optional: your own eye mask

ABOUT ZARAH
Always fascinated at the grace and intelligence of the human body and guided by Spirit, Zarah has explored movement through yoga and dance for over 20 years. She completed her first Yoga TTC in London, going on to travel and further her learning in India with intensive studies of Astanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama and Indian Philosophy and various forms of bodywork and energy healing. She has also studied and practices Integrative Breathwork which incorporates breath awareness and conscious breathing for healing, growth, personal awakening and transformation.
Zarah is very much looking forward to cultivating balance of body and mind, to shine light on the infinite potential within.
