Studio Opening Weekend: New Moon & Opening Ceremony

Regarding the current situation we are still planning to conduct our opening weekend following the official security & health regulations. In case the regulations change we will refund you the full ticket price. You can read through our detailed safety and hygiene concept for all yoga classes and events here. 

Let's celebrate the opening of our Studio in the light & energy of the New Moon. 

Marlene & Leonie are very happy to invite you to the official Opening Ceremony of the Shala.

An evening to awaken your spirit, dive deeper into the subtle layers of the body & open your heart for new beginnings.

With the New Moon, a new cyle begins. It's a time to turn inwards, reflect & reconnect with our bodies, minds and spirits.

In ancient science and indigenous traditions the New Moon is known as a change of light and energies. Recognizing our soul and our energy in new Moon is recognizing our strength within the darkness.

As a new cycle, as a new season, new moons are constant beginnings where we have cosmic support to seed the dreams and the fruits that are going to be harvested along our personal path and that of others. A ceremony, as a memorable celebration, is for us a way to connect to our nature and to the universal spirit of everything that is alive.

We will start the evening with an opening ritual to cleanse the energy and spirit of the new space.

Then Marlene will guide you into a deep meditative state with a selected breath work sequence (Pranayama) and restorative Yin Yoga Postures. 

The yin practice will be followed by the New Moon ceremony, in which we will tune in with our essence to set intentions from a place of deep connection and pure awareness and plant healing seeds for the upcoming Moon cycle and beyond.

After the ceremony we will have time to connect, explore the new space and enjoy some healthy snacks & drinks provided by our lovely neighbors Goodies.

The entire evening will accompanied by a live handpan artist playing nurturing sounds along to our program.
