Maike & Freddi from Yoga on the Move are inviting you to a magical cacao ceremony for all your senses including raw cacao and a guided meditation to open your heart and arrive fully in our new homebase. 

Cacao ceremonies are a centuries-old ritual celebrating the plant of cacao as a natural heart-opener. Raw cacao is a powerful and energizing companion for an aware life promoting feelings of softness, presence and connection. Its warm glow helps you to shift your attention from your mind towards the center of your heart.

It can be incredibly powerful to combine a cacao ceremony with a releasing and cleansing Yin Yoga practice which will help you reconnect your body and mind. In Yin Yoga the medicine lies in the stillness. The body gradually opens up as the yoga postures are held passively for several minutes. Through these long-held asanas the connective tissue of the body called fascia is targeted, the nervous system is given an opportunity to rest and the muscles relax.
