Yoga Teacher & Psychologist
The first time I got in touch with yoga was in the Philippines 7 years ago. When I look back at those last 7 years, I am so thankful that I found yoga at such a young age. Through my practice I can calm my mind, feel my body and broaden my view whenever I am in need of peace. In 2017 I finished my Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga TT at yogafürdich. Since 2018 I have been teaching in several studios in Berlin, mostly at my ‘home’-studio yogafürdich in Kreuzberg and Schöneberg.
My own practice and my teaching became softer, but I guess you can still feel that Power Yoga is where I come from. In all my classes there will be moments of silence, dynamic flows to meditate in movement and challenging asanas to not lose the playful, adventurous side of the practice. I teach what I truly love, that is the coolest part of being a yoga teacher.
I studied clinical and health psychology at the Freie Universität in Berlin and am currently working with the Research Group for Anxiety Disorders at the Charité. We try to find out if yoga can be used as a therapeutic adjunct to treatment of panic disorder and agoraphobia.
