The program is carefully curated to create a holistic wellbeing experience for you. "Be Here Now" is a multi-sensory journey connecting yoga with mindfulness, community, creativity and the art of joyful living.
In the middle of the lush nature of Italy we will spend a healing week connecting fully to the blooming summer season, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying refreshing wild river swims and soothing hikes in the surrounding hill lands.
