Maike & Lisa are taking you on an inspiring journey back to your heart. Leave the busy city behind and dive into the pure calmness of nature and your natural state of being.
One whole day just for you.
We will start with gathering together inside a cuddly yurt in front of a fireplace to meditate and consciously arrive in nature. The practice of yoga will help us to unwind blockages layer by layer for a truly mindful experience.
A creatively sequenced mandala yoga flow after will help us to deepen the awareness of movement and breath in the present moment, which will ease the mind, ground the body and uplift the spirit.
In an interactive workshop Maike will share her deep knowledge of mindfulness and inspire us on how to integrate it into our day to day life - to stay present and connected with the here & now beyond the yoga mat.
We will end the day with a Yin Yoga sequence to calm and balance the mind and body after this day full of new impressions. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga which will be combined with Yoga Nidra, the so called “yogic sleep”, in this last session of the Retreat.
Finally we will all come together for the closing ceremony travelling back fully-recharged and deeply connected.
