„Yoga has been my great passion for many years. I originally discovered Yoga as a counterbalance to my very stressful corporate job. I loved the “yoga bubble”-feeling right after

class that has a grounding and calming effect. The active & conscious connection of body, mind and breath became an important pillar in my life. After practicing Vinyasa for many

years, I discovered the Jivamukti method... and was hooked. I feel drawn to the teachings of compassion for all beings & nature, combined with the heart opening experiences of Bhakti.

During my travels through Southeast Asia & India I learned many lessons that I like to include in my classes. In Bali I completed my 200h Vinyasa training and a 50h Bhakti

immersion. In India I completed the 300 hour Jivamukti training with Jules Febre and Rima Rabbath. A truly unforgettable and transformative experience. In my Jivamukti classes I love to play the harmonium & chant mantras. My lessons include a pinch of humor, dynamic flows as well as asanas that are held for several breaths, giving you time to find your individual shape. My classes encourage you to explore leaving your comfort zone but also leave you feel grounded and relaxed, aiming to increase your inner balance and strength on & off the mat.”
