Yoga teacher & dancer

During my dance studies I got a deeper understanding of Yoga and I felt that there was more

than only a nice stretching effect. In this challenging period – both physical and mentally – I

am very glad I found a way to deal with “what ́s there”.

The practice of Yoga Asana helped me to connect to my spiritual side and to find a better

connection between body and mind.

I am so glad that I found this practice to nourish myself and to create inner peace. For me it ́s

very fascinating to observe that body and mind are different and with new sensations each

day.

In my classes I am sharing more than 20 years of physical practice and I am more than happy

to guide you on your journey. My classes are flowy, physical, sometimes challenging but at

the same time soft and calming. For me it ́s very important that my students practice in a

healthy way and that they accept the personal boundaries of the body.
