Dear sisters,

New Moon is rising again. Let's take it as an opportunity to gather and nurture our feminine energy.

Nora is inviting you to a special women circle under the open sky. We will gather at Tempelhofer Feld to hold space for each other and our unting shakti energy. 

The New Moon is inspiring us at this ceremony to turn inwards, reflect & reconnect, with our bodies, minds and hearts.

With this special ceremony we will nurture our cyclic side, acknowledge the yin & yang within us equally, guide our way back to the heart and celebrate the beauty of real sisterhood.

Some of the oldest teachings of yoga point to the human body as being a reflection of the cosmos. Our negligence of mother earth and her natural cycles as well as the feminine cycles reveal our need to raise shakti power. Let’s be unapologetic about the feminine energy in us and lets awaken it together!

WHAT TO EXPECT

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Nora is a Berlin based Yoga teacher, singer and psychologist. After her 500hrs training with Akasha Yoga in Ubud she dove deep into the teachings of womb yoga, cycle awareness and the power of shakti. She beliefs that the gathering of women is a revolutionary powerhouse that facilitates healing from society’s pressure on our bodies and minds.

LOCATION

The event is taking place outdoors at Tempelhofer Feld. We will meet together at the entrance Herrfurthstraße & walk together to our beautiful Yoga spot.

RECOMENDATIONS 

Come in your most comfortable cloth. Bring a blanket and a yoga mat. Take your crystals or any other personal objects of meaning with you to the circle..
